Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their vehicle service needs
• Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify and resolve issues with vehicles
• Recommend and upsell additional services or repairs based on customer needs
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain recommended services and provide accurate cost estimates
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle repairs

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry is preferred
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, Transmission rebuild, automotive diagnostics, oil changes, brake repairs, shocks struts alignment, etc.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns
• Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell additional services or products
• Familiarity with computerized systems for tracking service requests, inventory management, and billing
