We are looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting electrical, appliance, HVAC, plumbing, leveling, slide-out, and comfort systems—not just replacing parts. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair RV house systems Troubleshoot 12V and 120V electrical systems Diagnose HVAC, appliance, and plumbing concerns Repair slide-out and leveling systems Perform generator diagnostics and repairs Conduct pre-delivery inspections Complete accurate repair documentation Communicate repair recommendations with management Preferred Experience RV service and diagnostics Multiplex systems (Firefly, Spyder, Intellitec) Slide systems (Lippert, HWH, Power Gear) Aqua-Hot or hydronic heating systems Solar and inverter systems Onan generators Appliance diagnostics We Also Want to Talk To Mobile RV technicians Marine technicians Automotive technicians Diesel technicians Electricians HVAC technicians Skilled tradespeople with strong troubleshooting abilities Qualifications Strong diagnostic mindset Creative problem solver Mechanical aptitude Positive attitude Ability to learn new systems Why Hudgins RV?
