WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between customers and our service team, guiding customers through the repair process while identifying service opportunities and delivering a premium ownership experience.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in through delivery Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up Write accurate and detailed repair orders Conduct vehicle walkarounds and document customer concerns Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs and manufacturer guidelines Present repair recommendations clearly and professionally Coordinate repairs with technicians and monitor vehicle progress Manage a high volume of repair orders while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Address customer concerns professionally and effectively Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction results Meet or exceed sales, productivity, and performance goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a proven Service Advisor who is comfortable in a high-volume dealership environment and motivated by performance-based earning potential.

Required qualifications:

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment Proven success working in a high-volume service department Strong sales and customer relationship skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders Strong follow-up and closing skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Saturday availability required

COMPENSATION FULL COMMISSION + CSI BONUS
