COMPENSATION

Flat rate on weekly billed hours, paid greater-of against hourly with overtime — you never eat a slow week. Your tier rate applies to ALL hours billed that week, not just the hours above the threshold. Bill 40 hours or below — $40 per billed hour Bill 41 to 50 hours — $50 per billed hour Bill 51+ hours — $60 per billed hour

Example:

bill 51 hours in a week and you're paid 51 x $60 = $3,060. We'll be straight with you: nobody here has hit the top tier yet. Our strongest week to date was 49 hours. We're hiring the tech who breaks it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose driveability, electrical, and intermittent faults on European, EV, and late-model domestic vehicles Own complex jobs end to end — CAN bus and network diagnostics, engine and transmission work, HV systems, A/C Handle heavy repair — engines, transfer cases, driveline Write clear digital inspections in Tekmetric that our service writers can sell without translation Verify your own repairs and keep comebacks at zero Work safely and keep your bay and equipment in order

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years professional diagnostic experience, OR ASE Master Technician certification Demonstrated ability to diagnose electrical and intermittent faults without throwing parts at them Your own hand tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record Authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Factory or independent European experience — BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi/VW, Porsche Diesel and heavy Jeep experience Experience with Tekmetric or comparable shop management software
