Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer Horne Ram Jeep - Show Low, AZ $72,000 - $100,000+ per Year | Performance-Based Pay | Full-Time | Benefits Horne Ram Jeep is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy, customer-focused dealership in Show Low, Arizona. If you have dealership service experience, excel at building customer relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced service department, we want to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Service Advisor looking to increase their income while working with a respected, family-owned dealership that values its employees and invests in their success. What You'll Do Greet customers and accurately identify vehicle service and maintenance needs Write detailed repair orders (ROs) and communicate customer concerns to technicians Provide repair estimates, maintenance recommendations, and explain completed repairs Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure timely vehicle completion Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Recommend manufacturer maintenance and additional services when appropriate Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high CSI scores Manage multiple repair orders and appointments in a fast-paced dealership environment Follow dealership and manufacturer processes for warranty and repair documentation Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience in a franchised dealership Experience with CDJR, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Mopar, or other domestic brands is highly preferred Strong understanding of automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures Experience using dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion, or similar) Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume service department Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation $72,000 - $100,000+ annually Performance-based pay with strong earning potential Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Discounts Referral Program Paid OEM & Manufacturer Training Professional Development Opportunities Career Growth within the Horne Auto Group Supportive, family-owned dealership culture If you're an experienced Automotive Service Advisor looking for a dealership that values your experience and rewards your performance, apply today and become part of the Horne Ram Jeep team.
