Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, with a strong focus on diagnostics and mechanical systems. This role involves performing a wide range of repairs and services on various vehicle makes and models, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues using automotive diagnostics tools and schematics Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, suspension repairs, shocks & struts, brakes, and wheel alignments Repair and maintain powertrain components such as transmissions and diesel engines Conduct electrical system repairs, including automotive electrical systems troubleshooting Install aftermarket parts Follow manufacturer specifications for vehicle maintenance and repair procedures Utilize advanced repair techniques and tools ensuring vehicle performance and safety Provide high-quality expert level service Maintain a neat and clean work area Advise service writers about additional repair needs or concerns Qualifications Must demonstrate good time-management and organizational skills Analytical and troubleshooting skills Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, A/C systems, powertrains, transmissions, differentials, transfer cases, suspension, alignment, brakes, shocks & struts, oil changes, steering systems, and tire services Experience with diesel engine service and repair Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must have own tools Self motivated This position provides an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals eager to advance their careers in a dynamic environment committed to quality service.
Pay:
$22.00 - $38.00 per hour
