AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE BOOKER

Bakersfield, CA 93313 Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:30 PM 1-hour lunch | Full-Time Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in automotive service operations? We're looking for a Service Booker to make sure repair orders, invoices, and service documentation are accurate, complete, and properly processed.

REQUIREMENTS

MUST

HAVE AT LEAST 3

years of service booker or automotive admin experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organization and follow-through Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Process and book repair orders immediately after completion. Close customer invoices accurately at pickup. Review repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation. Verify technician notes are clear, accurate, and easy for customers to understand. Ensure parts, labor, fees, and other charges are billed correctly. Verify estimates, vehicle information, and customer concerns. Confirm required documents are attached and properly organized. Document declined repairs and recommendations. Review recalls, service packages, and warranty coverage. Balance insurance, warranty, and other contracted claims. Scan and catalog service documents. Provide backup support to service and transportation coordination as needed.
