Job description: Automotive Service Advisor - $1,200 Sign-On Bonus (Camarillo) Join a trusted, family‑owned automotive repair shop that's been serving the Camarillo community for over 40 years. We're growing and looking for one exceptional Service Advisor to join our team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and are ready to build a long‑term career, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and clearly explain recommended services and repairs Provide accurate estimates, track work orders, and maintain strong communication between customers and technicians Ensure excellent customer experiences from start to finish Handle phone calls, scheduling, and daily customer follow‑ups Learn and follow Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) guidelines and shop procedures What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Strong communication skills—both in person and by phone Organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask Basic automotive knowledge or previous service writing experience preferred (we will train the right person) Solid computer skills and comfort with digital tools Dependable, punctual, and self‑motivated Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel occasionally for training What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus incentives and performance bonuses $1,200 sign‑on bonus Paid vacation and sick time Medical insurance available Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM — no weekends Supportive, team‑oriented workplace with growth potential We are an equal‑opportunity employer and a drug‑free workplace.
