Job Description

Overview Elite Coach Works is looking to add another high-level RV technician to our team as we continue to grow. This is not an entry-level or training position. We are looking for someone with serious hands-on experience who can diagnose complex RV problems, determine the root cause, perform repairs correctly, and document their work professionally. If you're the technician other people come to when they're stuck, we want to talk to you.⸻ What You'll Be Responsible For You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing RV systems independently, including: 12v and 120v electrical diagnostics Multiplex electrical systems Slide-outs and leveling systems Plumbing and tank systems Appliances and generators Power system diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades Structural repairs that may involve fabrication skills All RV system repairs and upgrades Customers bring their RV's to us because they want the problem diagnosed properly and fixed correctly, not temporarily patched. In some cases we are correcting work that was misdiagnosed or poorly repaired elsewhere, so strong diagnostic ability and craftsmanship is extremely important. Our goal is to perform bulletproof repairs that outlast the vehicle itself. ⸻ Documentation Professional documentation is an important part of the job.
You must be able to:
Write clear diagnostic notes Document repairs thoroughly Take supporting photos and videos Clearly explain the cause of failure and the repair performed ⸻ Compensation $90,000 -$120,000+ per year $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Qualified technicians hired for this role will receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid in installments over the first 4 months of employment. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years hands-on RV repair experience Strong electrical troubleshooting ability Ability to diagnose problems independently Ability to work without supervision Ability to produce consistent billable hours Pride in workmanship and attention to detail

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
