Volvo Cars Palm Springs is looking for an experienced G-3 Volvo Master Certified Technician for immediate hire. We are looking for someone who is customer focused, a team player, has a strong work ethic, strong diagnostic background and ability to generate strong flag hours. Responsibilities are but not limited to: Perform work specified on the repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and Volvo standards. Participate in manufacturer training programs, keeping informed of changes in technology and processes. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs. Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

3+ years of years prior automotive diagnostic, repair experience required. ASE certifications are ideal. Strong automotive background. A strong focus on Customer Service. A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
