Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Field Service Mechanical Equipment Technician to join our team and ensure excellence in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment across customer facilities.
In this role, you will work hands-on with industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability. As a key member of our field service team, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical issues efficiently while adhering to technical specifications and safety standards. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical equipment including hydraulics lifts and pumps, reels and hoses, compressors and other mechanical equipment. Diagnose mechanical failures to determine root causes quickly and accurately. Operate mobile equipment such as scissor lifts/ladders to access elevated or hard-to-reach equipment safely during maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using the company app for tracking work orders, parts inventory, and service history. Installation of new equipment or upgrades, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational specifications. Collaborate with customer service teams to deliver timely solutions that minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Requirements Proven experience in mechanic work in similar environments. Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration with team members and clients. Must have a clean DMV report.
