Hourly, $20-30/hour Summary Under the direction of the Shop Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to support farming operations. This is a hands-on role supporting mechanical, electrical, and auto systems in farm equipment in a fast-paced, food-manufacturing environment.
