(PSi) is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Suspension Technician to join our motorsports engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude looking to build a career in automotive suspension, motorsports, or race car mechanics . Full training is provided. You will assist in the service, rebuild, and assembly of high-performance shock absorbers and suspension components used in professional racing and performance vehicles. Key Responsibilities Assist with disassembly, inspection, and assembly of suspension dampers Support senior technicians with automotive and motorsports suspension work Maintain clean, organized work areas and tools Learn fabrication and machining fundamentals (lathe, mill, welding) Follow detailed procedures and quality standards Work with small, precision mechanical components Qualifications 0-3 years mechanical, automotive, or technical experience Bicycle mechanic experience is highly advantageous , especially suspension service Comfortable using hand tools and measurement equipment Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Basic math and metric system understanding Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic computer skills (Windows)
