Responsibilities:
We specialize in European makes and models, and on a wide variety of repairs. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Professional communication with customers, addressing their vehicles repair needs including repairs cost, and time needed to complete repairs Answer Phone Calls, Emails, and Drive In's to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention Create work estimates, accurately record issues and data into the CRM System. Attention to detail is critical. Coordinate the detail of every vehicle prior to delivery Order/return parts, attention to detail is critical. Assign tasks for technicians and monitor work progress for efficiency and accuracy. Responsible for shop appearance, shop safety, equipment Thoroughly and periodically check quality of repairs to minimize comebacks and ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates for this Shop Assistant/Receptionist position will have: Positive, Professional, Strong work ethics and integrity, problem solver and works calmly under pressure during busy times. Team player, ability to be a self starter and work independently/can do attitude Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail Proficient at identifying and relating to the customer inquiry Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles Prior Service Advisor/Service Writer experience would be a great plus Strong computer and internet usage ability Prior European repair shop experience would be a huge plus Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Valid California driver license and clean DMV record US work authorization Please reply to this post with your resume or work/experience summary and contact information.
