About the Position You'll play an important role in the daily operation of the shop, helping customers from their first conversation through vehicle delivery while coordinating closely with our technicians and management team. Your responsibilities will include communicating professionally with customers about their vehicle's repair needs, costs, and expected completion times; answering phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries; preparing accurate estimates and documenting customer and vehicle information in our shop management system; coordinating vehicle workflow and delivery; ordering and returning parts; assigning work to technicians and monitoring progress; helping maintain shop organization, appearance, equipment, and safety; and performing periodic quality-control checks to help ensure repairs are completed correctly and customers receive an excellent experience. Who We're Looking For The right person is positive, professional, organized, and dependable , with strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, following written and verbal instructions, solving problems, and paying close attention to details. Automotive knowledge is strongly preferred. Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience is a major plus, and previous experience with a European automotive repair facility is even better. Strong computer skills, a professional appearance, U.S. work authorization, and a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record are required.
