Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a passionate and energetic Automotive Service Advisor! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and trusted guide for our customers, helping them navigate their vehicle service needs with confidence and clarity. Your enthusiasm for automotive repair and customer service will drive positive experiences, ensuring clients leave satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed auto service information and estimates Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle requirements Manage service writing, including creating accurate work orders and detailed documentation of repairs Motivated to drive sales and key performance metrics. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process Skills Proven leadership experience with a strong understanding of auto service management and customer relations Extensive mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and automotive repair expertise Skilled in auto estimating, sales techniques, and auto body repair processes Knowledge of various vehicle systems including transmissions, oil changes, alignments, suspension, tire service, diesel engines, shocks & struts, brake repair, air brakes, and auto body work Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers Strong organizational skills in service writing and managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while providing exceptional customer service Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care while building lasting relationships with our customers. Pay:
$50,182.17 - $62,477.45 per year
