Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Quick Lube Technician, where your mechanical skills and passion for vehicle maintenance will keep drivers moving safely and efficiently. In this energetic role, you'll perform essential quick service tasks that ensure vehicles are running smoothly, providing excellent customer service along the way. Whether you're experienced in dealership settings or have a background as a mechanic, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your automotive expertise while delivering top-tier service. Duties Conduct routine oil changes, fluid replacements, and vehicle inspections with precision and efficiency Perform tire services including rotations, replacements, and alignments to optimize vehicle safety and performance Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks accurately Diagnose basic automotive issues using diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge to identify necessary repairs Assist customers by explaining services performed, recommending additional maintenance or repairs, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of work area and proper disposal of used fluids in compliance with safety standards Support the team with heavy lifting and other maintenance tasks to uphold safety protocols and operational flow Experience Prior dealership or service center experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with automotive service procedures Hands-on mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, tire service, and general vehicle maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs Service technician experience that includes automotive repair, mechanical repair, and performing oil changes efficiently Customer service skills that enable clear communication with clients about vehicle needs and maintenance recommendations Ability to handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during vehicle servicing Knowledge of alignment procedures, tire balancing, and basic automotive diagnostics is a plus This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their career in automotive service.
