You will be involved in all stages of the prep process to refinish and we expect you to handle each one with care. If you take pride in your work and hold yourself to a high standard, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Refinish Technician who can work with Solvent and Waterborne Paint Systems ∙ Surface preparation including sanding, cleaning, and priming, refinishing ∙ Masking vehicles and components for paint-ready results ∙ (not necessary but preferred) Knowledge to disassembly of panels, trim.

∙ Prior experience in auto body prep, paint ∙ Valid driver's license required ∙ Self-disciplined — you manage your time and hold yourself accountable ∙ Detail-oriented — you notice what others miss and you care about the difference ∙ Understands that quality is the expectation, not the exception ∙ Able to work independently and take direction when needed

∙ Pay will reflect your skill level and range of abilities ∙ Part-time to start — we want to see how you work before expanding hours ∙ Flexible scheduling available ∙ No benefits package at this time We are a small shop where everyone wears multiple hats.
