We are looking for a leader who can mentor other technicians, diagnose and perform repairs quickly and efficiently, and clearly communicate with customers and service consultants. Determine and discuss vehicle issues, current work and future needs with customers and service advisors. Diagnose, maintain and repair automotive systems. Perform quality inspections, including test drives, of vehicles prior to returning them to customers Communicate directly with service advisors to keep customers informed of any additional service needs and provide an estimate for any new repairs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. GTR, Diesel, and Leaf Certification a plus . 3-5 years work experience required .

REQUIREMENTS

Nissan Diesel Certification Valid California Drivers License is Required Previous 4 - 5 years of a clean driving record Work in a safe manner and help to keep a safe environment at all times Accurately Diagnose Diesel and or Gas Vehicle issues. (pls specify abilities on resume) ASE Diesel & or Gas Certification Knowledge in all aspects of automotive or diesel repair and be able to R&R necessary parts to repair correctly Knowledge and experience in the safe usage of proper shop equipment and tools Have Own tools Heavy Lifting (25-50 lbs +) and bending Must have attention to detail and be a reliable team member Keep Clean work environment and professional appearance Work independently, multitask jobs, be meticulous and give assistance where needed Customer service skills Very busy, high volume and fast paced environment Computer literacy Document jobs, hours, notes, recommendations on each job Assist in shop inventory ex: stock shelves, shop supplies, etc..
