We are looking for a dependable professional with strong diagnostic and mechanical experience who is capable of performing major automotive repairs, including engine removal, installation, rebuilding, and overhaul work . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, diagnosing mechanical problems, and completing repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical, engine, and drivability problems. Perform engine removal and installation. Disassemble, inspect, rebuild, and reassemble engines. Perform engine overhaul and internal engine repairs. Repair and replace cylinder heads, timing components, gaskets, seals, pistons, bearings, and other engine components. Perform cooling system, suspension, steering, brake, and general mechanical repairs as needed. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues. Work with modern diagnostic equipment and scan tools. Inspect vehicles and identify additional mechanical damage or necessary repairs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate repair needs clearly with management and estimators. Perform quality-control checks before releasing completed vehicles.
Pay:
$16.90 - $30.00 per hour
