Top Pay for Top Talent. S&R Motors is actively seeking an experienced A-Level Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician to join our growing automotive repair team. We are looking for a technician who can diagnose and repair vehicles that other shops cannot. If you're the person everyone comes to for electrical issues, drivability concerns, check engine lights, complex diagnostics, programming, and difficult repairs, we want to speak with you. This is not a lube tech position and not an entry-level mechanic role. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can consistently diagnose, repair, and deliver quality work with minimal supervision. What You'll Be Working On Advanced electrical diagnostics Check engine light diagnosis and repair Drivability concerns CAN Bus communication issues Engine performance diagnostics Programming and module replacement Hybrid and EV diagnostics (preferred) Air conditioning diagnostics and repair Timing chains, timing belts, and major engine repairs Suspension and steering systems Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis Quality control inspections Qualifications 7+ years of automotive repair experience preferred A-Level Technician or Master Technician experience required ASE Certifications strongly preferred Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Experience with domestic, Asian, and European vehicles Ability to properly document findings and repair recommendations Valid driver's license with clean driving record Software & Diagnostic Equipment Experience Experience using Mitchell 1, ProDemand, or similar diagnostic platforms Ability to utilize wiring diagrams, service information systems, and technical resources efficiently Experience with factory scan tools and advanced aftermarket diagnostic equipment Knowledge of programming and module setup procedures is highly desirable What We Offer Competitive Compensation Based on Experience 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Paid Vacation Steady Workflow Modern Equipment and Diagnostic Tools Supportive Management Team Growth Opportunities Employee Discounts Why Join S&R Motors?
