Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Service Express Technician to join our service team. In this energetic role, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready to hit the road. Your mechanical expertise and proactive attitude will help us deliver top-tier automotive service with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and brake inspections Diagnose automotive issues using diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs accurately and efficiently Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance needs Assist with vehicle servicing including tire service, wheel alignment, and basic mechanical repairs Maintain detailed records of all work performed and communicate findings clearly to customers Support the team with heavy lifting and other maintenance tasks as needed to ensure smooth shop operations Requirements Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background preferred Proven mechanic experience with strong automotive diagnostics skills Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Experience performing oil changes, alignments, tire services, and general maintenance tasks Excellent customer service skills with a positive, team-focused attitude Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work in physically demanding environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Join us as a Service Express Technician where your skills will drive customer satisfaction and keep vehicles performing at their best!
