Front Desk / Customer Service Coordinator - Automotive Repair Shop

Unique Auto Air Conditioning is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable handling customer interactions, sales follow-ups, and marketing activities. Previous experience working in an automotive repair shop, body shop, dealership, or a similar automotive environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person. Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound follow-up calls. Schedule appointments and follow up with customers regarding their services. Contact local businesses and potential customers to introduce and promote our services. Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers. Assist with marketing efforts and social media activities. Help generate new business opportunities. Maintain an organized front desk and office environment. Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or customer follow-up. Previous experience in an automotive repair shop, body shop, dealership, or related automotive industry is preferred. Comfortable making and receiving phone calls. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Position Details:

Part-time position. Flexible and variable schedule based on business needs. Workdays and hours may vary from week to week.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
