I&I Car Rentals in McKinleyville, CA is looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent & Car Detailer! This dual-role position is perfect for someone who loves working with people and takes pride in delivering a clean, top-notch vehicle experience. If you're a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with rental agreements, reservations, and vehicle selection Process rental contracts, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently Inspect vehicles for damage before and after each rental and document findings Thoroughly clean, wash, vacuum, and detail rental vehicles to fleet standards Maintain vehicle lot organization and ensure cars are rental-ready at all times Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner Coordinate with team members to manage vehicle availability and turnaround times
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous customer service experience preferred Experience in auto detailing or vehicle cleaning is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic Basic computer skills for processing rentals and reservations
