What You'll Work On Advanced diagnostics and drivability issues Engine performance, electrical systems, and module-level troubleshooting Brakes, suspension, steering, and complex repair workflows Preventative maintenance on high-end and daily-driver vehicles Supporting and collaborating with other senior technicians Occasional mentoring of B/C-level techs (if desired) What You Need 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience Strong diagnostic capability (A-Level skill set required) Confidence working independently on complex repairs Electrical diagnostic experience strongly preferred Clean, organized work habits and team-first mindset Ability to consistently produce high-quality, accurate repairs What You Get $40
