Duties Greet customers warmly, assess their vehicle needs, and communicate service recommendations clearly and confidently Assist customers with oil changes, tire services, fluid top-offs, and basic inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance Upsell additional services such as brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, shocks & struts, diesel engine repairs, and air brake systems to maximize customer value Manage service writing processes accurately, including estimating costs and timeframes for repairs or maintenance Support the shop's daily operations by coordinating with technicians on vehicle diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and other automotive services Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, fostering a team-oriented environment that encourages growth and continuous improvement Requirements Proven dealership or auto service experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair procedures Hands-on mechanic experience with knowledge of mechanical systems Familiarity with auto estimating software and service writing practices to accurately document repairs and communicate with customers Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes and routine inspections Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly automotive care!
