In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of automotive systems, ensuring vehicles operate safely and efficiently. Your expertise will help keep our customers' vehicles in top condition, providing reliable transportation and peace of mind. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy equipment mechanics techniques to execute repairs efficiently. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive problems on both gasoline and diesel engines. Work with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and other automotive electrical systems to calibrate and repair modern vehicle features. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in dealership or independent shop environments. Demonstrated mechanical knowledge of automotive suspension systems, brake systems, transmissions, and diesel engine repair. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and schematics for troubleshooting complex issues. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, tire service, wheel alignment, and shocks & struts replacement. Ability to work safely with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery while adhering to safety protocols. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Relevant certifications such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) or manufacturer-specific training are preferred but not required.
