Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their service and repair needs in a professional, friendly manner Provide clear estimates, explain maintenance recommendations, and gain customer approval
Requirements/Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Service Consultant (dealership experience preferred) Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS software preferred Professional, team-oriented, and self-motivated attitude Valid driver's license and clean driving record required We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
