In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and capable of handling complex diagnostics and major repairs with minimal supervision. Established in 2008, our family-owned automotive repair facility has proudly served the local community for nearly two decades. Originally located in Corona and now operating in Norco, we have built our reputation on honesty, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a technician who shares our commitment to excellence and takes pride in delivering quality repairs. Duties Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, and performance-related vehicle concerns. Perform major repairs including engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and cooling system repairs. Utilize scan tools, diagnostic equipment, service information systems, and testing procedures to accurately identify vehicle faults. Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety. Inspect vehicles and identify additional maintenance or repair needs. Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all shop safety procedures and manufacturer repair guidelines. Requirements Proven experience as a Master Automotive Technician or equivalent. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to perform major mechanical repairs independently. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Must be willing to work 5-6 days per week. ASE certifications are a plus but not required. Compensation & Benefits $57.50 Flat Rate Paid holidays Consistent workflow in a well-established independent repair facility Opportunity to work on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models We are looking for a technician who can accurately diagnose vehicles, complete large repairs efficiently, and contribute to a productive, team-oriented shop environment.
