Automotive Technician (A-Tech / Diagnostic) - M-F | $120K+ Potential | $45/hr |
No Flat-Rate Stress Pay:
$45.00 per hour (Hourly +
Production Bonus:
potentially $160K - we got the work) Guaranteed 40 hours per week Job description: 5-day work week (Monday thru Friday — NO weekends ) Guaranteed 40 hours (no slow-week pay drops) Clean, organized, climate-controlled shop Consistent workflow — steady car count Modern equipment (Snap-on, Mitchell, Identifix, etc.) Service Advisors who know how to sell your work Strong team environment — low turnover Family-owned, 30+ years in business

What We're Looking For:
Experienced A-Tech / Diagnostic Technician Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Own tools Valid driver's license
