We specialize in European vehicles, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Volkswagen, while servicing all makes and models. We are looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician who can independently diagnose complex problems, perform quality repairs, and take pride in getting the job done right the first time. Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues Work with professional diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and wiring diagrams Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and other major repairs Diagnose and repair BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, and other European vehicles Perform thorough vehicle inspections and Digital Vehicle Inspections Verify repairs and maintain high standards of workmanship Assist other technicians with difficult diagnostic issues when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience; 8+ preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems and electronics Professional-quality hand tools Valid California driver's license ASE certifications European vehicle experience strongly preferred BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or Volkswagen experience a plus Why Lael's?
