Requirements Key Responsibilities Perform minor damage repairs on vehicles Determine the correct paint color for each vehicle Prepare and paint vehicle panels Buff panels as necessary Respray or touch up any damaged areas Travel to customer locations for on-site repairs Required Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service skills Trade qualifications or nearing completion of an apprenticeship in spray painting Knowledge of water-based paint is a plus but not required Expertise in paint application Proficient in color mixing and matching Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment Valid, unrestricted driver's license Preferred Qualifications Certifications - Qualified trade qualification for vehicle repair and painting.
