Job Description

Are you a car fanatic with specialized knowledge in automotive technology and service work? We're looking for a problem-solving automotive service advisor to join our busy car dealership! Our ideal candidate has great customer service skills and can tackle everything from fielding customer concerns and scheduling appointments for our service department to make accurate calls about vehicle warranty protections. Compensation:
$60,000
  • $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Appropriately file all automotive documents such as maintenance records, invoices, repair orders, and more Oversee the schedule for service department technicians' repairs Work with the dealership auto service porter to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pick-up Relay relevant automotive technology and product knowledge to explain necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments Verify warranty protections, review service contract coverage, create cost estimates, and all other documentation to facilitate vehicle service work
Qualifications:
Exemplary Microsoft Office program and general computer skills are mandatory Previous experience working as a service technician or in a service department a plus Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed DealerTrack and xTime experience recommended About Company At Oxnard Mazda, we don't just offer jobs—we build careers.
