Duties Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain repair estimates, service procedures, and recommended maintenance options clearly and confidently Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and transmission services to enhance customer value Write detailed service orders and estimates using auto estimating software, ensuring accuracy and transparency Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and communicate progress updates to customers throughout the service process Handle cash transactions accurately, including invoicing and payment processing Maintain comprehensive records of all service activities, customer interactions, and vehicle histories Experience Proven dealership experience or automotive service management background preferred Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and mechanical systems such as transmissions, brakes, suspensions, air brakes, shocks & struts, diesel engines, and auto body repair Hands-on mechanic experience or familiarity with automotive repair processes is highly advantageous Demonstrated ability in auto estimating, service writing, and auto sales techniques Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities Experience in upselling services while maintaining integrity and customer trust Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic administrative tasks related to automotive service operations Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive care!
