We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ADAS & Electrical Diagnostic Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and electrical components across a variety of vehicle makes and models. Your expertise will ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently, providing exceptional service to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge automotive technology in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations. Diagnose and repair complex electrical and electronic vehicle systems. Perform pre- and post-repair diagnostic scans. Program vehicle modules using OEM and aftermarket software. Interpret OEM repair procedures and calibration requirements. Document repairs accurately and completely. Verify all repairs meet OEM standards before vehicle delivery. Collaborate with collision centers and dealership partners to ensure safe, accurate repairs. Stay current on evolving vehicle technology through ongoing training. Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repair procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Qualifications Strong ADAS calibration experience. Advanced electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience using OEM diagnostic software and scan tools. Ability to read wiring diagrams and diagnose electrical faults. Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems. Excellent attention to detail and documentation. Commitment to performing repairs the right way using OEM procedures. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with technical proficiency in automotive electrical systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Ability to work independently while managing workload and priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications ASE L4 (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Certification ASE A6 (Electrical/Electronic Systems) I-CAR Platinum or equivalent experience OEM certification experience Experience with Autel, Bosch, Hunter, Launch, or OEM diagnostic platforms Collision industry experience preferred Experience with Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, or other advanced vehicle platforms is highly desirable.
