In this vital role, you'll process manufacturer warranty claims, verify documentation, track approvals and payments, and work closely with service advisors and technicians to maintain compliance with OEM standards. Responsibilities:

Process and submit warranty claims accurately and on time Review and ensure all warranty documentation meets manufacturer requirements Track, reconcile, and follow up on warranty payments and receivables Resubmit or resolve rejected claims promptly Maintain and log warranty parts, including shipment or disposal Keep organized service records in compliance with guidelines Stay up to date on recalls, bulletins, and warranty policies Provide support with service, cashier, and general clerical tasks as needed Maintain a professional workspace and assist with additional duties as assigned Qualifications Knowledge of automotive industry warranties and regulations Experience with warranty claims processing and administration Proficiency in using warranty management software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
