Compensation & Incentives Earn up to $24.43 per hour based on experience and performance Individual proficiency bonuses Honda MOC incentives Social media referral incentives Performance-based advancement opportunities Outstanding Benefits 100% employer-paid employee health insurance Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Four 10-hour workdays (4x10 schedule) Company-provided uniforms with weekly laundry service Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and service Family-owned and operated dealership with a supportive team culture Stable, long-term career opportunities with room for advancement Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, filters, and other express services Complete digital multi-point inspections with professional vehicle walk-around videos Follow Honda and dealership service and repair procedures Accurately document repairs and maintenance recommendations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Participate in Honda factory and dealership training programs Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and customer satisfaction Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and management to deliver an outstanding customer experience Qualifications Previous automotive technician or dealership experience preferred Honda or import experience is a plus Experience with Dealertrack, MyKaarma, Alldata, or similar dealership software preferred Strong work ethic and production-oriented mindset Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to explain vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations professionally Bilingual is a plus Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment Ready to Build Your Career?
