Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections with speed and precision. Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and alignment checks. Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently. Assist with tire service including mounting, balancing, and replacing tires. Diagnose minor mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety standards and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally. Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, oil change procedures, alignment services, and tire work. Service technician experience or mechanic background is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication.
