Groundskeeping and Maintenance Technician We're hiring an experienced Groundskeeping and Maintenance Technician to join our team at our multi-family property. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who knows how to troubleshoot systems, work with their hands, and take ownership of keeping our property running smoothly, looking beautiful and well-maintained.

The Role:

You'll handle a mix of technical and grounds work, including: Primarily grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming trees/bushes, weed pulling and spraying, gravel disbursement, planting) Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting (water main leaks, irrigation systems, general repairs) Electrical work (breaker installation, meter work, wiring) General construction on facilities (dry wall repair, toilet install) Operating small equipment (excavator, backhoe, skid steer) Preventative maintenance and identifying issues before they become problems

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable operating heavy equipment Self-starter who can see what needs to be done and take action Strong communicator and reliable team member Physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds regularly Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug test
