Job Description

Putnam Lexus is seeking technicians of all skill and training levels. Pay ranges from $25/hr - $65/hr for Entry level - Lexus Master Certified Technicians. Putnam Lexus in Redwood City is family-owned and operated. Responsibilities:
As a Lexus Service Technician you will perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters. Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels. Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison. Perform major mechanical repair and factory recalls.
Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile Strong organizational skills and detail oriented Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred Be at least 18 years of age Possess a valid in-state driver's license Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record Any prior Lexus or ASE certification is a plus We pride ourselves in providing a great place to work and a comprehensive compensation and benefit package: Medical, Vision and Dental Paid Time Off Supplemental Disability Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Certification and training from Lexus College Scholarships are available to students currently enrolled in an automotive program.
