Our company services national restaurant chains and commercial food service facilities. We are looking for a technician who can independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, ice, and beverage equipment. This position is ideal for someone with restaurant equipment experience who enjoys troubleshooting and solving problems in the field. Equipment We ServiceHot Side Fryers Grills and griddles Ovens Holding cabinets Heated food equipment Cold Side Walk-in coolers and freezers Reach-in refrigeration Ice machines Frozen beverage and frozen dessert equipment Common Manufacturers Garland Henny Penny Frymaster Taylor Carpigiani Manitowoc Ice Manufacturer experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial restaurant equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, and refrigeration systems Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls Communicate repair recommendations and equipment status to customers Complete service reports and work orders accurately Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company Requirements Mechanical troubleshooting experience Ability to diagnose equipment independently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in the field Preferred Qualifications Restaurant equipment service experience Commercial refrigeration experience EPA Certification HVAC experience Experience working with QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) equipment Gas appliance troubleshooting experience What We Offer Up to $40/hour depending on experience Company vehicle Company-provided tools Consistent overtime opportunities Rotating on-call weekends shared among the technician team Paid holidays and vacation Ongoing training and manufacturer certification opportunities Stable, year-round work About Us We support restaurants and commercial food service operations throughout the region.
