We are a busy, family-oriented independent shop focused on quality repairs, excellent customer service, and long-term team members who take pride in their work. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic and import vehicles Perform smog inspections, diagnostics, and emissions-related repairs Conduct routine maintenance services including brakes, suspension, fluids, tune-ups, and engine diagnostics Identify vehicle issues accurately and recommend proper repairs Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Maintain accurate repair orders and inspection documentation Communicate professionally with service advisors and customers Follow all safety procedures, BAR regulations, and shop standards Properly use and maintain shop equipment and diagnostic tools Qualifications Minimum 4 years of automotive repair experience preferred Valid California Smog Inspector & Repair Technician License required Strong understanding of engine performance and emissions systems Experience with diagnostic scanners and modern repair equipment ASE certifications are a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic, communication skills, and attention to detail Valid driver's license with clean driving record STAR Program experience is a plus Benefits Monday-Friday Schedule — No Weekends Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Vacations & Holidays Paid Training & Career Development Laundered Uniforms Family-Friendly Work Environment Modern Shop & Equipment Independent, Customer-Focused Shop Competitive Pay Based on Experience If you're looking for a long-term career with a reputable and growing automotive repair and smog shop, we'd love to hear from you.
