Position Responsibilities:

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Manage large amounts of incoming calls Greeting guests as they arrive and check them in Organizing paperwork in shop Maintaining workflow in shop Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs Coordinating transportation services Delivering a high level of customer service Following up with customers regarding their experience and soliciting reviews

Job Requirements:

1+ years experience. Strong organizational skills Previous experience in Automotive preferred Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player Must have valid driver's license

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
