Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team looking to continue their career in the dealership world. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry within the express/lube service in a dealership setting. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing routine oil changes, tire rotations, and other maintenance tasks to ensure the highest level of quality for our customers. Maintaining a positive, team-based attitude in a busy atmosphere is a must!Schedule:
Tuesday through Friday- Tuesday through Thursday 8AM
- 5PM Saturday 8AM
- 4:30PM AND Monday through Friday
- Monday through Friday 8AM
- 5
PM Responsibilities:
- Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks on vehicles
- Take videos for customers viewing for Multi-Point Inspections
- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to complete tasks efficiently
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
- Work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment, preferably in a dealership setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Willingness to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent is required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to our Lube Technicians.
