We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service to customers worldwide. Overview We are seeking a dynamic experienced Technical Automotive Service Supervisor to lead our automotive service. This position reports directly to the President and requires strong organizational/leadership skills with the ability to manage the Service departments to maintain consistent high-quality standards. Must be able to provide assistance to customers regarding the functions, operation, service and repairs of street sweepers.
Responsibilities:
Direct and Supervise employees in the Service department. Ensure the quality of final product meets or exceeds customer requirements. Review warranty claims accuracy for processing. Provide diagnostic assistance to identify modes of failure and repair methods. Provide service repair quotes. Provide operational training for street sweepers to customers. Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results, directing, counseling, enforcing policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Position may include other job responsibilities as determined by management.
Requirements:
5 years previous experience preferably in a manufacturing and automotive environment and have good supervisory skills. Have technical knowledge of product to provide diagnostic assistance to identify modes of failure and repair methods. Extensive mechanical skills with expertise in automotive diagnostics of mechanical/electrical systems and working knowledge of hydraulics & electrical systems. Review service manuals. Ability to train employees. Must have a driver's license with a clean driving record. Have good computer skills. Must have good verbal & written communication skills.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
