GIC Car Clinic is growing, and we're looking for an Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to connect with people, build trust, communicate value, and confidently ask for the sale. Automotive repair experience is helpful — but not required for the right person. If you already have strong sales ability and natural people skills, we can teach you the automotive side. How Was Our Week? Pretty Great. The shop was busy. Customers were dropping off cars, calling, and making appointments. Our bays were full and there was plenty of work. We also celebrated one of our technician's birthdays with cake, sang Happy Birthday, shared some laughs, and then got back to taking care of customers. Everyone worked together. No finger-pointing. What This Role Is About Our technicians inspect the vehicles, diagnose problems, and identify recommended repairs and maintenance. Your job is to help customers understand those recommendations, communicate the value clearly, answer questions, work through objections, and confidently help them make a decision. We're looking for someone who: Enjoys people and enjoys selling Can build trust naturally Is comfortable talking about money Can present value instead of just quoting a price Can handle objections professionally Is not afraid to ask for the sale Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask Wants to learn, improve, and grow This is professional, relationship-based selling — not high-pressure sales or gimmicks. Compensation Hybrid Performance Pay Plan High-performing team members earn $7,500
