Hilltop Ford/KIA is continuing to grow and is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performing team. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Prior automotive dealership experience is required (minimum 5 year). Must have great sales and customer handling skills. Previous Ford or KIA experience preferred but not required. Must be able to multi task and write 10-20 repair orders a day. Valid California drivers license with insurable driving record is also required. Our Service Advisors earn an excellent income and enjoy working with a successful and progressive Dealership. We offer an excellent pay plan. The Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $19.18 and $19.18. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
