DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms. Prepare detailed repair orders with complete customer concerns and technician notes. Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition. Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization before work begins. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repair progress, additional recommendations, and completion times. Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs. Schedule service appointments and manage daily workflow. Review completed repair orders with customers, explaining repairs performed and future maintenance recommendations. Ensure warranty, recall, and prepaid maintenance repairs are processed according to manufacturer guidelines. Achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals while maintaining dealership standards. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and documentation in the dealership management system (DMS). Meet departmental sales, customer satisfaction (CSI), and productivity objectives. Comply with all dealership policies, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements. Qualifications Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor Required. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Pay:
$7,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
