$90,000
  • 175,000+ based on production Introduction We are seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician to join a high-performing independent repair facility serving the Silicon Valley area.
This opportunity is ideal for a skilled A or B Level technician with European vehicle experience who enjoys diagnostics, mechanical repair, and working in a professional, team-oriented environment. You'll work with premium European vehicles, modern equipment, and a consistent workflow while earning top-tier flat-rate compensation. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and repairs on European vehicles. Complete mechanical repairs ranging from routine service to major component replacement based on skill level. Diagnose drivability, electrical, and performance concerns. Perform engine repairs, timing chain service, and other advanced repairs appropriate to experience. Document accurate repair recommendations and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI). Communicate effectively with the service team regarding vehicle findings and repair needs. Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail. Qualifications A or B Level automotive technician experience. Experience working on European vehicles is required. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience using Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI). Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. ASE certifications preferred.
