As the bridge between our customers and technicians, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every vehicle receives the attention it deserves while keeping clients informed, educated, and confident throughout the repair process. You'll help guide customers through maintenance and repair recommendations, coordinate workflow with our technicians, and contribute to a culture built on professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally, listening carefully to their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, providing accurate auto estimating and service writing Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, alignments, suspension work, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brakes, and auto body repairs Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Manage cash handling transactions accurately while maintaining detailed service records Communicate effectively with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and explaining repair options in a transparent manner Collaborate with the sales team to support automobile sales efforts when applicable Experience Proven dealership experience or automotive service management background is highly preferred Experience working with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quality control Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell services confidently and ethically Familiarity with auto estimating software and service writing practices Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on mechanic experience or service technician background is a plus Ability to handle transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism in a busy environment Join us in delivering outstanding automotive care!
